- Open to individuals 18 years or older
- Valid payment method required at registration
Auction Mechanics
- Silent auction: no participant can see others' bids, bid counts, or price distribution
- Each participant may place one active bid per auction (secondary accounts are allowed)
- Bids may be adjusted or cancelled at any time while the auction is live
- Accounts may have a bid amount but elect to not participate in the auction (non-participants will not be considered nor charged)
- Once the auction closes, all bids are final and cannot be modified
- Winners are determined by bid ranking (highest bids win) and by earliest initial bid time
Payment Terms
- A valid credit card must be on file; it will be verified but NOT charged at registration
- Only winners (top bidders up to the available unit count) will be charged
- Winners are charged their exact bid amount — not a uniform price
- All participants will have their bids captured at auction open, but only winners will be charged at auction close
- If payment processing fails, which occurs after auction close, the bid will be excluded from the auction results
- maiOS Inc reserves the right to exclude a bid and move to the next-ranked bidder for any reason
Shipping & Delivery
- Winners will have their full order quantity processed (no partial fulfillments)
- Delivery is available to the 50 United States only
- Shipping addresses must be provided during registration and may be updated before shipment
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated after payment is confirmed (expect up to 6-8 weeks from auction close)
- maiOS Inc is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancelling a bid before auction close or electing to not participate removes the participant from contention
- All sales are final. No refunds after successful payment processing
Privacy & Data
- Personal information is stored securely via Supabase (encrypted at rest)
- Payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI-compliant)
- maiOS Inc will not sell personal data to third parties
- A full Privacy Policy will be published separately
Limitation of Liability
- maiOS Inc makes no guarantees about product availability beyond stated unit counts
- Participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of these terms
- Terms may be updated for added clarity - only up until auction open
